Description: This sample demonstrates WattMan interfaces for Overdrive version N with which user can configure advanced power and performance features across supported configurations. Also, provides more user-friendly command line parameters.
Supported OS: Windows
Init and Destroy: Initialize the library before using it and destroy it after the usage. Refer to InitADL() for initialization and clean-up is done inside main function only.

- Allows read & write SCLK based on the input arguments.
- Allows read & write MCLK based on the input arguments.
- Allows read & write Temperature settings based on the input arguments.
- Allows read & write Fan settings based on the input arguments.

- Allows read & write ZeroRPM based on the input arguments.
- Allows read & write Timing Level parameters based on the input arguments.
- Allows resetting all ODN configured settings.
